For more than one reason. Yesterday I didnt eat as well or as much as I should have to fuel my body. i didnt drink enough water. I'm gaining muscle so I'm heavier (which is fine bc its not about weight) and that means I had a hardwr time picking myself up and moving myself around. I did the workout alone and I hated it, suuuuuucks. And the calf thing is getting in the way.
I dont even think I finished one set all the way through today.
Bummer post today. Wasn't awesome. Not ganna lie.
Tomorrow is cardio though so I'm glad because I won't be working my muscles so much/hard.
Boooo to today.
